Often, caregivers experience anger when they feel isolated or alone in caring for a survivor of TBI. They feel as if no one else is providing help and this can often be overwhelming. A good place to find help in dealing with anger is joining a support group. Here, caregivers can share their experiences in detail and provide advice on how to deal with these types of situations.
