from the article by Manny Topol

The article addresses renovations at Yankee Stadium, which will provide more seating for handicapped patrons. Walter Rynasko is a quadriplegic and a Yankee fan who sued the city of New York and the New York Yankees two years ago. The lawsuit ended in an agreement that included increasing the number of seats for the disabled from 60 to 300 seats. The prices for these seats will also be reduced. The renovations will be completed by the start of the 2000 season. The renovations are estimated to cost 5.5 million dollars. Other, newer stadiums are in compliance with current disability laws.
